    Weathering

    Hello

I just dunked my 1:48 Kebelwagen windscreen in Klear and it looks great. Having weathered the whole vehicle, I want to put a very fine film of dust or grit over the windscreen. I have no idea how to go about this. Any hints would be gratefully received. (Should I have coated the thing if it's going to be weathered?)!!!!!

    Thank you

I used Mig Pigments dried mud to just lightly dusk one of my screens, it looked great.

Blow a little fine bicarb dust onto the area, You'll need to wet the area first with water, glue, paint, klear or whatever you use.

When its dried then you can use thinned paint to colour it, the bicarb will soak up the colour.

I would mask the area where the wipers would clear the screen, first.
