    Great service

    Just had a nice reply from Revell, I bought a kit off Ebay the other week and it had the canopy missing so I emailed them asking how much to buy a replacement. They are sending me a replacement free of charge, it will take about 2-3 weeks but means I can finish another kit, so good to see good customer service these days.

    Good to hear that adrian , it restores your faith in the industry, in fact ive heard a few good reports about the airfix customer service dept too , tony

      Revell do have good customer service, if the kit is still in production they will do all they can to help
