    execellent Service from Testor

    Hi, I have been given a 1/72 Testors Ryan NYP 'Spirit of St Louis' but the decals were damaged beyond saving so on the off chance I emailed their Customer service Dept in the U.S. on 26th Nov. I got a reply back about 6 hours later saying it had been passed to the relevant dept and could take up to 56 days to be sorted out. To my surprise two sets of decals arrived in the post this morning. I think this is a really good response that some other manufacturers could do well to emulate.
