Can't find a certain sanding tool

I want to find a type of sanding tool which I have seen somewhere. It consists of a simple handle holding a springy bifurcated strip of metal with a narrow band of sanding paper in between as in the attached photo. It would be used for example to sand the seam joining two parts of a fuselage on a plane. Padded sanding sticks are often used for this but they are quite expensive (Flory) and difficult to find, even for the Shop. The band of sanding paper, not being supported at the point of contact, would provide a gentle and controlled sanding action on such a rounded surface as a fuselage.

Does anyone know where I can find such a tool (I propose using my own fine sandpaper).

Is this the kind of thing you want?

    Albion Alloys Abrasives Flex-i-File 3 in 1 set 301

If so, John has a whole selection in the shop.

Steve this is a really great tool.

Think you will be better off with the sanding strips which have loops at the end & come in about 5 varieties of sanding grades.

Yes, that's it. Why did I miss it? Perhaps I thought that I had seen it in some obscure site.

        Thanks.
