hello fellow modellers, I have a question that im hoping I can get answered. I got the new Rommel in africa model set from dragon, Tamiya's machine gun crew on maneuver, and a "tobruk" bunker from verlinden. I later learned that "tobruk" was a type of bunker, but im trying to figure out if there were bunkers in North Africa, and if so can you please post a link or a book title that shows me or tells me about bunkers in North Africa? Much appreciated for anything

Go to google images and type in Tobruk Bunkers. There are loads of great images there for you.
Good luck with the diorama and please post plenty of pictures when you start.

You might want to look at "Ringstand" bunkers- Another name for the same thing. The are both based on Italian designs used around Tobruk in 1942.
