So, I`m new and have some pictures in my Gallery that are marked Moderated ! what does this mean ?

Its possibly due to the fact you've only made a couple of posts.
Forums can be set up so you can't PM or use gallery functions untill you've made a certain number of posts i'm not sure how John has this one set up.
However if there's an issue then it won't be long before admin come along and fix it so don't worry.
