Send an e-mail her: ITALERI - Modellismo in scala dal 1962

They are a bit slow at times but thats more an Italian thing than an Italeri thing.

They have come through for me several times. A word of advice, keep it short and simple. It seems to go quicker that way.

An update in case anyone else has had the problem of gluing three parts together, watching them fly off the tweezers and then immediately standing on them, smashing them into a million bits:

        Ian's link was/is good.

After a couple of email exchanges they gave me a cost of six euros and the three parts have been ordered. The cost includes tax and shipping, via UPS courier, from Italy. I'm quite pleased with that. Here's hoping it will not be too long before they arrive.

        Thanks again Ian

Just to conclude the story... Exactly 14 days after the first email was sent to Italeri in Italy, I received my three replacement parts. An amazing service and much better than Revell who took six weeks to repalce a missing part. I'm happy to pay six Euros which, in real money, is probably about £5.50, after all I did break them myself. I do like when a good service is given.

Thanks again to Ian for the Italeri link.

It's the Italeri Wessex 1:48 scale. I put three parts together comprisng the pilot's seat, and then the assembled parts flew into the air, landed on the floor and I stood on it with my size nines! Foul language ensued for about three hours!

LOL, I normally run them over with the wheels on the chair. The last victim was that radar for the Phantom!!!
