    Just scared myself....

I was just compiling a new list for my stash so i can keep tabs on exactly what i have and also for insurance purposes. First thing was actually how many kits i have. 56 kits including masks, PE, resin and aftermarket decals and that's not including the ones i'm selling.

I then went about trying to value them should i need to replace them. Holy moley. Not saying how much but you wouldn't get very much loose change out of £1000 and that's if i've priced them correctly. :lala: Just makes you think how much money is sitting there awaiting your interest

I know what you mean, i have £1000 in engines for the Tiger Moth and Se5a, plus the 1/4 scale Moth and 5a kits, the B25 and P47 that are complete and a few others all in the workshop, Then there are the radios i have and god knows what else. I recon i could by a new car if i sold it all. It does make you wonder where you get the money from to do it in the first place.

If like me you keep your stash in the loft then check your contents insurance small print, I had to upgrade mine as my insurance company only paid a max of £400 for loft contents, so increased my premium by £4 a month to cover it like any other home room.

Already had that pointed out to me when i had a water pipe burst in the loft. This is the main reason i have a list of all my kits now
