    Cock Pit Set

    Hi

    Just joined.

I made models a long time ago and made then straight from the box, so I thought I'd Buy a Cockpit Set from Aires (F-14 7293) Could you suggest what tools I need to cut off the surplus, I have a Como drill which I have had for sometime can I buy a saw to use with it, I have 2 sanding discs.

Also what make of Super Glue would you suggest I use?

    Hope it make sense

Would not advise you to use power tools on resin. The dust is a health hazard.

To cut the casting block off a razor saw will do just fine. The finer parts can be cut free with a sharp blade.

Any super glue will do. Just remember to wash the parts first. No glue sticks to oil.

Good call chaps. I feel it our duty to point all the new members to the forum owners shop. Great prices, fantastic service (remember what that is?) and if he hasn't got it he'll get it!!!
