Enlarging instructions?

Is anyone able to tell me how I can copy and enlarge my painting instructions so I can make masks for the camo. I need to get them to 300%. All I have to work with is a Kodak 7.1 Hero printer that can copy and print only to A4 size and I cant seem to figure out how to get what I need.

I scan mine into Gimp then crop into sections then use the image button and scale up the cropped portion to the size you want. you may then have to cut them out and stick the portions together.
