    Twist of fate?

Just as my fingers have started to get restless and my eye drifts towards the bench again, I go and fall A over T in the garden. (Stone cold sober I hasten to add).

Right hand has now a cracked thumb and little finger and left hand a twisted ring finger. Oddly enough a little toe... Add to that various scrapes and bruises. So looks like a few days before I'll be building anything!!! :-/

I'm glad I am not the only one who falls randomly for no reason when sober. Hope you get better soon Ian and get back into the building.

And the moral of the story is have a few drinks before you fall and you don't hurt yourself nearly so much. I can vouch from personal experience. Get well soon. Cheers Derek

Thanks for the kind words and the expected ribbing.

Laurie; I can just about manage a half... just have to drink twice as many.

                              Flounder: Erm Yes.

John. candy crush can be managed with one finger. So still got a couple left for that.

I think the problem is thumb and little finger getting in the way of the three that work. Can't hold a knife or a pen. Can hold a drill. I just have to pick it up with the other hand.

Colin m: If the wife wants the house decorated, she knows where the painting things are... Where she left them last time...LOL
