    Struggling

Well gents after over a year of being out of circulation I am hoping I might be able to see light at the end of the tunnel. A move from the ever crowded metropolis of Halifax in West yorkshire has resulted in a lot of upheaval and a complete change of lifestyle and home in the middle of a field in rural Lincolnshire. Certainly a lot more of a change than I thought it was going to be. I still don't have a modelling workshop but at least the barn where I hope it will eventually be has just been pulled down and work should start on the building next week. Hopefully in a couple of months I will at least have a building and then I can start putting together a workshop again. I can't believe how much I miss having modelling available to relieve the stress of the day.

Still I have ben able to visit here occasionally and keep in touch with what you are up to and check that you are all still enjoying your modelling.

I have managed a few engineering projects while I have been at work just to prevent complete insanity setting in but not what you could describe as scale modelling so probably not for here. I'll just stick the one picture up for now and see if there is any interest.

      Hi Richard,

Welcome back Sir, but, PLEASE you can't just dangle one little photo in front of us, as someone from a famous film once said "please Sir, can we have some more", I for one would love to see the rest of this and what others you have been doing...

      Andy...

That looks interesting Richard. Some sort of air powered engine?.Or is there something I can't see and it's driven by something else.Is it a small compressor?

Welcome back Richard! good to see you are still keeping your hand in.

I am sure that you will be churning them out again once the workshop it sorted.

As for your engines not being a scale model, so not for here. Hog wash! you post them here they are brilliant.

That engineering model is just magic. You must have enjoyed making that.

Hope for more to come. Just had a six months upheaval of moving & it is not easy. So Welcome back Richard.

I'll start another thread for the engine. I've got one or two other interesting engineering related builds I've done recently that members might find interesting. Anyway have a look at the engineering section for the new threads.
