I have non...well, when I mean none...I mean, non at the moment...I don't think, although bits haven't worked to plan they have come out okay. I have been modelling for years on and off but only started back the past year or so, so the work on this site is all I have at the moment. Embarrassing, no...monumental cock-ups...a plenty in the past...rushed jobs, crappy paint, not masking etc etc...all part of the learning curve.

Take a look at this one!!

Maybe one of the most impressive works you never will see.

Many awards and travels around the world teaching this amazing skills...

I am just about to finish my fairey swordfish. well next time I have a couple of hours spare.

and trust me I am very amature and need to learn some technics.

as soon as its done I will post a few pics for criticism and help with finishing touches.

all my stuff is hand painted ( im waiting for my compressor to turn up).

most of my stuff is also rushed as time is very limited.

I remember your dispair with that Tilly polux ...

I seem to be generally crap at doing aircraft, so look back at my (very few) aircraft builds on here. They now live with the grandson, I've kept the crashed spitfire dio (mainly to reuse the base at some time)

You'll have to take my word for it but I've built some horrors!

I can't show you as they have gone to the great land fill in the sky ( or is that the ground)!

We all do it and have done it. Don't worry about it, it's completely normal.

                Cheers

                Steve

They seem to have some really embarrassing models on TV game shows at the moment!

Seriously though I think we can all look back and see in every model something we could do better so I don't think we should be embarrassed, we should just see them as learning tools. I've made cock ups with the rest of them though but it's how you go about resolving them that makes the modeller of you. Don't forget we all started at the same level and we all just happen to be a different stages of development!
