Laurie great story and your right it is a remarkable world, im a devout atheist but on the off chance that I got it wrong and there is a god, and when I pop my clogs, if I get to meet him, or her, I shall give him, or ,her, an almighty bollocking for his, or her, back design

Plus 1 to that Paul. It maybe better for walking on two legs but, humans have developed the art of working hard, despite machinery and bending, lifting, moving means that the back just isn't good enough.

I was a London Fireman injured in an explosion. 40 years ago. Etc etc etc .

I now suffer from Advanced Osteoarthritis of the spine top and bottom of the spine.

So I can totally sympathise with all your aches and pains.

And know what your going through.

I wish you all the best and then some.

The paint will nice and dry when you get back.

I will be waiting for your return.

                Good Luck

Hi Paul sorry to hear of your news, I to was told that I need a second op, mine was due to a missing disc in my neck( c3 to c7) I was told that I have lost 75% of my motive skills and that I have the same symptoms as a stroke victim.

8 years later and now the problem has deteriorated, and I need to go through it all over again, I have every trust in the NHS and owe those guys a hell of a lot.

You will be fine buddy, try not to think of it, and I wish you all the very best.

                  You will be fine buddy.

                  Tom
