    Pictures before text...Help please.

My last few posts, which have included pictures, are placing the images before the text, which I don't want. I want them the other way round.

It has never happened before and I can't figure out why...

After I've finished the text, I place the cursor at the bottom of the page, upload my images and press preview. This is when I find the images at the start of the piece instead of the end.

Any suggestions how to prevent this happening and is there anyway of reversing..i.e to get the images below the text without going back to the beginning?

A.B.C. answers only please...You're replying to a 'puter numpty!

    Thanks,

    Ron

Funny that your having issues Ron, I do my text first, then upload the pics and everything...so far...seems to be okay and working as it should...very strange.

If a picture ends up in the wrong place you can click ONCE on the image and it will turn blue(ish) showing that you have selected the image, you can then move it anywhere in the text you like. You move it by placing the curser over it. then hold the mouse button down.

I often write the whole of the text then upload the photos and drag them to where I want them after.

A quick look in the preview to see that they are in the right place and post it...

When you place your curser at the bottom of the page press 'return' once to drop the line.

This might help by 'hard embedding' the curser position instead of a 'soft embed' with the mouse.

Possibly a little issue with the rich text editor ..... Go to Preferences from the drop down menu when you click your name at the top of the page and make sure both the following are checked.

            ''Use the rich text editor''

            ''Use flash based uploader''

A bit ''outside the box'' but worth checking.

            Hope this helps
