Adrian a belt loop. You fasten the belt around your middle. Then you have a free end. What do you do with it ? You have a loop on the belt within which you deposit said free end. Bet that does not make sense really.

The plot has unravelled ! They looked on the coats they had left & found that these did not have a belt loop. So the conclusion is I am well out of date with fashion as the free end of the belt is either left lurking & swaying in mid air or just bent over & tucked into the belt.

I would rather have a loop. But I have an idea ! I will use a spot of velcro on the free end & a spot on the belt. QED job done.

Pauline calls me the velcro king although I have yet to find a purpose for it in model making.

As an aside you must have been up & finger tapping early this morning Joe. I noted that long list of replies

Not really, I think I started browsing about 8:30am-ish, been on and off as I pack the house up for our move on Friday. Can't build anything for a while as it's all packed away so I keep my interest up on the forum instead. I stop packing for a cuppa and a browse to keep my sanity. Buying and moving houses is over rated.

Auto spell checker will do that Aidan.....You might be just in forgiving him.

Your name has been entered into my auto-spell intentionally so it doesn't correct it as I know it P's you off big time.
