    What's Happening?

I have just tried to reply to flyjoe's post on my German Gold thingy.

It reads on the bottom of his post....'You have insufficient privileges to reply here.'

What's this mean?....Have you been fiddling again Ian?!!...lol

Can someone go to his post on the above thread and see if the same shows on their computer screen .....Thanks.

Log in error?? (Not what you've done, just a software glitch)

Try logging out, closing your browser then start back up again..

I'll try that, thanks Colin....I had only minutes before posted on gern's bug build, so I presumed it wouldn't be 'owt to do with any log in issue.....but I'm off now to log out/in....

It's still there and 'it' won't let me reply to Joe....

Can you have a look at his reply? It's the last one on my above thread, and see if the same wording shows on your screen? It's where the reply pressy thingy usually is - bottom right

Yep I get the same message......

This'll be a forum software issue, the permissions settings could have a glitch, not sure with this new xenForo software its a bit different to vbuletin

I'm afraid I have insufficient priveledges as well! I should never have made that mess in the executive toilet!

I could have bearing on that I have closed the 'old section' to new posts as I am trying to get all the threads and posts moved to the new sections.....

Not easy when for every time I move five, there are four new posts made.

I believe that if you (on a PC) put the mouse pointer over the section name it will come with a helpful tip.

Unfortunately I have a full time job and can only really move things of an evening.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but I am trying to keep on top of it.

The offending post has now been moved and can be found in the New Completed section of the Floaty things forum
