help with forums setting

Hi was trying to find the toolbar, that shows on most peoples posts

i know im a noob and cannot find how to show it must be in an op

setting some were

You won't see it on your own posts but it's there

oh thks so how do i rate someone post if i cannot see it , or do i just run

the mouse over and use the one there ?

Just click on the one you want, if you mouse over each of them it will say what they are.

Heh heh optimistic is right Ian, its a bit of guess work on a tablet... No mouse over ability
