Now this is clearly from someone who knows me as it has a mod on it but also it's for my phone

I've put it on Facebook but as yet know one has owned up

I hate receiving things and not knowing where they come from

So, you like the old Honda 50cc eh?

I too wonder who has bought you that, that way you can send it back and tell em to get you a model kit...

Si, that's a Lambretta. I was a 'Mod' in the '60s and had one. It had more mirrors than this one.......Well it did until both me and my scooter had a good kicking by a group of 'Rockers' in a nice seaside town in North Wales!

          Happy days.....

Nice one Ron I didn't have many problems with rockers being not born until 67 I was one of the revival bunch and it was the skinheads we had problems with

I remember when a load of Mods came to Rhyl for a weekend, I didn't know and had gone for a nice ride on my motorbike, when I came into Rhyl a bunch of them tried to scare me, they surrounded me at a set of traffic lights and I just laughed at them, they then tried to chase me, I think I was still only in second gear when I left them...

Many many happy memories of my mod days, went from Vespa's with mirrors & spotlights to Lambretta's with as much power as possible (for a vacuum cleaner) just wish I had never parted with any of the many scoots I owned.

I started my love of motor racing because of being a bad boy.

I got many tickets for speeding, and the last time I was in court to have my licence suspended, the magistrate suggested if I like speed so much, I should do it in the proper place.

                        On a track.

I had my first scooter race at Snetterton around 1970, the rest is history and the best advice I have been given!

As I said, many happy memories.
