I have read the comments posted regarding my missing threads and am very moved by the comments made. However, this is exactly what I didn't want to happen, I seem to have caused more upset.

Important points:

The decision to delete the threads was my doing-end off.

The Admin and Moderators have a difficult job to do and they all do a superb job, we all make mistakes now and again and sometimes we act in haste or make a wrong judgement call, they have to act in a way they seem fit.

This is...IS...a super forum with many top modellers and that is how it should stay.

I do not wish to see this forum degrade into 'us and them' this is self-destructive and serves no purpose, we all love modelling and that is what this forum gives, a safe haven for modellers of all branches and all talents to learn, marvel and show their wares. It must continue in this manner or all the hard work that John the crew and members puts in is for nothing.

I have got carried away, I saw a friendly place and grabbed it with both hands and took it too far...for that I hope you accept my sincere apologies. However, I feel, at this time, that I cannot share in the forum and tip-toe around members just in case I make a mistake, so for that reason I shall not be posting in builds or uploading any of my builds.

Now, the choice to act is mine, the choice to leave is mine, please do what you do best and build your models and enjoy them.
