A Spitfire that even if wrecked would look bad.

I got bought a very cheap model (not a known maker) of a Spitfire...but it does have a few problems.

I am unsure what to do with it apart from laugh at it.

I just want to know how you got those wings on. LOL

To me it looks like they are back to front!. A couple of tubes of filler and you'll be good.

I think the pilot would have a problem lol

I'd cover it in snow as if it crash landed

Think is Ian, the wings won't go on any other way unless you cut the tabs and try and bodge the thing. Never seen anything like it, I just had to but it together and show you lot.

LOL, cover it rubbish...in the bin. I suppose, if desperate, I could...no I can't, I just won't work on something this bad.

what about a crane lifting it out of the sea after being on the sea bed for decades...you could hide it with barnacles etc and further disguise it with the sea water running off it...go on si, weave your rusty magic!

Maybe I could do a figure of Ben Affleck, and have him this time trapped in the severe bullet proof cockpit...NO ESCAPE!

I maybe good at wrecks but even this maybe beyond me Rob.

It would need a flame thrower to burn this thing Terry, it is a heavy brute and the plastic is really thick.

Those wings ( amongst other things ) look very odd indeed !! If you could make it half decent, maybe do it in prototype markings????

                      Cheers, Neil

That makes the Starfix kit look like a high-end Japanese export. Can we see the box art?

Neil, that is the 64 million question: Half Descent...do I have the skill, can we rebuild it, do we have the technology?

Box has gone to recyclers but the box art was just a picture of real Spitfire...that should have rung alarm bells straight away.
