Hi, not a snow scene. I think I have just uploaded a pic taken from the Cairngorm mfc site at Aviemore. It might have been a little high in resolution? first try at this biz. Now to try and find the "gallery"

Weather forecast poor until at least Tuesday with further snow and very low temperatures. Pity the guards. I`ve just thawed out Bob , brain working again ! Nice pic of Sandy`s Bee (before badly needed recovering). For those interested, the Ski Area can be seen just in front of the spinner, the downed helicopter is in a high corrie seen between the fin and t/e of wing. Picture taken at 8 miles from slopes in summer.Comment

Tuesday 7th March, 06. The drama continues ! Seems RAF Search and Rescue Sea King (137) only flew to Glenmore Lodge 3 miles to have full service before returning to base at RAF Lossiemouth tomorrow. 138 doing the ferrying of supplies and personell to the site. A Royal Naval Air Service team from RNAS Yeovilton were assisting as they had recently returned from Norway with specialist heating equipment to thaw her out. Navy bails out RAF ooooh , embarassing ! Will post pics soon. Unusual subject for diorama ?Comment
