Missing parts

Hi folks I opened one of my kits in my stash yesterday, just to have a look...... You know how it is ,and I realised there was a couple of parts missing. It is an italeri kit soi contacted hobby co, they had a rumage around and called me back about 40 mins later telling me they had my part . They are sending it free of charge same day, now that is excellent customer service indeed just thought I'd mention that.
