I have a victor bomber in the stash , their not great mate lindburg just seem to give you the general shape of the model not a true representation , other detail is also missing wich really shouts at you if you know what should be there , they have razed panel lines and are ill fitting so you will need lots of filler

There not a good choice if you want to make a decent representation of a model but if you want a challenge then yeah go for it

I did a review on the Tirpitz as released by Lindberg...

Yeah, agrees with Alan, they are pretty terrible. Use them for your destroyed/sunken/burned out/rusted wreck dios.

If you want a challenge to bring a lazy kit up to speed, then they are the way to go.

If it's really cheap go for it.I wouldn't bother otherwise.Ive made a few and they were very basic.Like kits produced in the 1960's which I think a lot of them were.

It's an OA-9 Goose Alan. I guess the general consensus is if I want a kit that will challenge me go for it. If I don't then leave well alone.

Thanks for that Dave. Apart from some obvious detail flaws and a need to scratch build some internal stiff it doesn't seem that hard to do.

Is this bloke a secret moeller or filmer as it would apear he filmed it in his car looking at the seat.

Signifer do a 1/48 JRF-5 goose, better quality, but like hens teeth to get hold of, also they command a pretty penny too

Pretty pennies are few and far between though

I know what you mean, they are based in France and do take Paypal...or they did. No idea if they still have this kit, but could be worth asking, price wise-seen one go in UK for £58, they used to sell this kit for around €40.

bit out of my budget I am afraid I think if I were to get that SWMBO would have a new ornament on the mantle piece. Well a couple actually and I would be talking in a very high pitch voice.

I agree, besides after further looking it may just have been a short run job, shame as it is a lovely looking kit.
