No. Using a transparent image and photo etching in ferric chloride, I made my own in the 1970s when I had a rail layout but it made use of film. Digital images could not be used (at least for my method). I don't know of any other method.
Wait a minute, you could draw your image and scan it and print it on transparent material. The idea is to coat a sheet of brass with photo resist liquid and with the transparent sheet on top, expose it under a UV lamp (which can be bought). The exposed parts (or the unexposed parts, I forget which) are protected from the ferric chloride which etches the rest, right through the thickness of the brass if necessary. For example, I made some tiny exquisite GWR cast iron ends for platform benches with all the GWR curlicues, only 1/2 inch wide in total. Happy days!
Try Maplins (before they close, they are reported to be in trouble). They sell stuff for making custom electronic circuit boards with copper tracks where you want them.
