    Music-what turns you on

While I am model making I listen to music.

Just wonder if you do ?

If you do. What are your top say 6 (or any number as long as it is less than 100). The ones that give you that pleasure have something special. What is it about music that gives, I find, that feeling of being on top ?

    Mine.

George Benson- The greatest love of all. About children achieving lovely tune and words

The Dark Island- Scots Dragoon Guards. Having Stewart ancestory Glasgow and Shetland Isles. Emotional.

Sky Lark Cleo Laine with James Galway on the Flute. A haunting piece.

The Folks who live on the hill. Peggy Lee. Reminds me of all of our family.

Sergei Rachmaninoff - Concerto No2. Just beautiful piece. Used in Brief Encounter a fantastic film.

Love is all around- Wet Wet Wet. Marty Pello a really great voice and uses it with effect.

Got about another 500 as well.

Odd as it may sound, I dont even own a radio! Guess I just like the peace and quite.

Where I work, I am surrounded by people that all listen to their kind of music. All at once. All trying to play it loud enough to drown out the others. I sit in the middle of this all day. I have no desire to hear music any more.

Pity, I have a load of CDs from the softest classics to heavy metal!

Well, I love the music!! I can not go anywhere without she

I have worked on the radio about two years, and have my own programme just one hour with the best movies soundtracks!

So I will start with them, the soundtracks....

              These are my musical tastes:

The house of spirits- the fourth song is absolutly terrific, she has a strength...

              The mision- E.Morricone

And I specially like the theme from "Neverending story", she brings me a very nice memories.

              Sarah Mclahan

Wet wet wet and Crowded House are ok

              Lady Antebellum

Strong voices like Celine Dion or Barbara Streinsand...

I like the celtic music as well

Well, there are many more, but by the moment is ok

I just play the radio in the background, I'm not sure I actually listen to it most of the time but it helps to set my mood.
