    That's one good thing about Russian aggression...

    Have just witnessed something that has become increasingly common, a flight of F-15s practicing joining formations at low level, that's alongside increasing numbers of AH-64 and even V-22 flights. Hopefully nobody will complain about the noise!

    Let them complain Ian the complainers would soon be screaming if something did kick off and we sat back.

    They would be the first ones to say why are the forces not dong anything. Simple answer would be because muppets like you stopped them practicing so now we have a force of no or little use.

    It makes me laugh when these people complain about the sound barrier being broken when there is a scramble situation. How the hell are they meant to get to the area in a hurry if they can't use the gear they have to it's full potential.

    I don't know about anyone else but there is nothing like hearing the sonic boom. I grew up with it when lightnings and such were hammering around the skies in Germany.
