Hi Andrew and welcome. There is a website called Scalemates. (Scalemates Link) I have attached the link in blue. You can search on there for the make of model, scale and name. For example, Airfix 1/78, HMS Victory. Search the offerings presented and 'nearly' always someone has uploaded the instructions. If they are available, simply download for own use.

Welcome mate, all 100 gun RN first rates had almost identical masting and sparring - so other layouts will at least give you an idea. Conway Maritime Press produced a book in their 'Anatomy of the Ship' series on Victory - superb! This is now OOP but I've seen copies on-line recently.
