Heres one ive fancied for a while , how about the pre cut flying balsa kits by KeilKraft , Guillows etc . The ones where you have to make the framework then cover with tissue , theres loads to choose from and prices are quite reasonable. If you want to just keep it as a static and try and make it as realistic as possible fine or if you fancy throwing it through the air then thats also fine (as long as you show pics of it after the landing!) Why have they got them? - service arms operating other arms equipment, Navy aircraft, RAF boats, Army aircraft. Something that you would normally associated with one of the service arms being operated by another.
Reconnaissance - anything to do with surveillance, data gathering, spying or searching - planes, armour, boats...On the bench: Airfix 1/48 Sea King HC4, Revell 1/24 Trabant.
