id be interested to know what thats like..........i have an interest in everything anti aircraft (my time in the Regiment was on AAA) and have a large collection of unbuilt AAA themed kits that will one day get built as a project ( i keep adding to the collection lol).....ive got the Tamiya one with lots of Eduard pe extras

I'm definitely up for this one. Not sure what I'll build, I've a Bronco Type 99 or maybe the old Tamiya Gepard? Maybe the latter as a ' 'Red Storm Rising' what-if Hind killer

I built the tamiya one a while back in a GB. full monty with all the Eduard bits. The Takom one is said to be a better kit.

I don't know whether you guys making the GB selections are looking at my ebay purchases, but as well as the Phantom I got as part of a job lot, in the same lot is a Willys jeep and I ordered a Dragon ZSU-23-4M Shilka on Wednesday!


That will do nicely for the modern armour so count me in for this one too!

Just a thought as there are at least a couple of AA builds here, what about a GB specifically for AA which could be mobile or static guns or missiles?

Your right Ian, ill chill out for a bit and see how we go. Great choice of kit btw - the 2A6 is regarded by many Tank experts (only the ones I know) as amongst the best tanks of the past decade, if not the best. 


Just need one more person to join this GB.

that would definatly get my vote!!.........got too many in the stash to chose from!!
