Hi Ron
Coming on nicely. Always starts off in a seemingly rough and ready way and yet we know your work looks great when complete.

Thanks boys.
I'll build the model complete first, then I'll have a think what to do afterwards.

Cold, wet and b****y miserable outside, so big excuses to be in my den..... :thumb2:

Final coat of brushed on Vallejo Model Air Desert Sand added and violet/grey for the 'wheels'.

....a loose fit. Headlights etc. still to do.

Oops, forgot the wayward wheels, also I've spotted the handrails need some more cleaning up.

Cheers all.

Nothing Mick , it appears all ex joiners seem to be aflflicted with madness, in Rons case it is however is quite severe.

I once knew a girl with a figure like that that too.... :flushed:

Update.
I've fitted the plastic track links. Superb fit and surprisingly easy to do. Hardly any cleaning up. The hardest part was warming up the finished top length to get an acceptable sag in the track!
Very impressed.

I'll paint them then add the lid.

Cheers.

Great work but one would expect nothing less from you.

Indeed the tracks will be a significant attraction as they are on all Russian vehicles.
