Thanks guys. The USMC LAV-R is somewhat unique as it is designed to recover other LAVs (like the Bergepanther it has a huge internal winch) & assist in field automotive maint. Typical engineering tasks are left to the Army or Navy as the USMC no longer supports an engineering MOS & concentrates on shooters. PaulE

A test fit of new LAVs. Thinking these two colors for field camo or upper four LAV's base color w/green & brown blotches. What do you guys think? Went back to ROCO MGs. Found enough pad eyes to finish detailing the four new ones. That's next.

Lovin it. Green/brown blotches seems good to me. Give one a try before committing the rest to see how it goes. Rick H.

You must have eyes like a sewer rat after that little lot. 1/87.....Could you post a picture with something to get an idea of the size. A paint pot is the 'standard' measure on here as they are easy to judge....
I find it funny when people use a coin, I'm like 'OK how bit is a 10c or a 1€ coin. lol.

They are looking very good by the way. How people build such tiny things is beyond belief! We to me anyway.

I prefer a ruler, that way it’s completely unambiguous and clear to everyone. Well, unless you use a ruler marked only in inches when your audience is not from North America or the UK
