Hi thought I'd carry on experimenting I'm trying out the Klear which Paul generously supplied to me it has a milky look to it it I'll only put it on the bottom of the tank.[ATTACH=CONFIG]n[/ATTACH]
We'll have to wait and see.

Hi I've finished experimenting with all these clear coats this was the result of the test above.[ATTACH=CONFIG]n[/ATTACH]
I would say that transparent Klear the original is the best followed by by the Klear (wax) the milky one and the new Pledge which replaces the original Klear last all very good but this is what I found you might find different results and mine were all brushed not sprayed.
I'll put some pictures up once I've put the dull coat on.

Interesting results re - the Klear, looking at the piccies, I would be tempted to try the "Revive It" (Brown label) through airbrush - just as a coat prior to decals.

I will put a second coat on but by brush, unfortunately due to a server health condition I can't use a airbrush anymore.

Hi small up date on this one which I hope to finish early next week then I can close down the bench.
Gave the hole model a second coat of the new clear pledge then a dull coat.
Painted the tracks and now starting to add the stowage.
