Great work Mark, that’s a very eye catching colour scheme. Those pieces of etch might be small but what a difference they make

Did you post on the Eduard Modellers FB group about the windscreen? Or is it just common to break them?

I dont do FB and its becoming more common for me to break them!! In my defence its was pretty thin and quite brittle, just need to be a bit more careful.

I recall seeing a FB post about exact same part and if Eduard were any use for spares, fortunately they are excellent in that regard.

                  Isn't postage stupidly expensive?
I supose they're not as good if it's your fault.........

Postage is expensive but the kits are a lot cheaper so it cost about the same as buying in the uk. As long as the goods themselves are no more thn £39 theres no vat or duty to pay.

Still waiting for the new canopy but got a few other bits done, painted the prop,a few decals to go on. Matt varnished over the blue and very carefully airbrushed some matt varnish over the larger decals trying not to cover the metal finish, think they look a lot better now. Coming on very nicely indeed Mark. Hope you don't have to wait too long for the canopy.

Looking superb mark , shame about the canopy but as you say it is very thin , have to bear that in mind when i get round to mine . Out of curiosity ( or just plain nosiness!) which kit did you order from Eduard to get the clear sprue a free ride?
