    Nice job , Mike.
looking at those extensions on the tailgate for the stretchers, I wonder if that was to reduce the body size (& therefore the weight) to avoid the overbalancing issue?

So my first go at figures starts now.

I'll also be adding a step to the tailgate on the ambulance to mimic this picture.

Four figures are provided in total but I'll just be making these two.Click image for larger version

          Thanks John.

That looks just like the model and I can see a step under the stretchers.

And also that the tailgate hits the ground preventing tip up :tears-of-joy:

Wow brilliant picture I'll have to look for one in 72nd ,stretchers could do with a few bodily fluid stains........settle down we don't want any smutty innuendos. Dave

Not so sure….definitely not on the left (near side) side, but the right hand side could be…..and it certainly would once the casualties are in. In fact, once the casualties are loaded it might be hard to close it again :surprised:

Also that vehicle has exactly the same markings as the decals on my model, apart from an extra one under the 625 and also the 141 which was the Decal which self destructed on me.

There were 4 options with the model, 3 USA and 1 French and I chose this one.

                  Good research everyone and thanks

I've assembled the two figures. There were quite a few seaplanes to remove but this was pretty easy once I got used to it. I took a while though.

There are quite a few gaps though which need filling now they've been assembled. I guess this will take a whole too.

Ill get there, slowly but surely.

I certainly can't see any seaplanes...

Blimey. I've been so focussed on cleaning seamlines I can't even type anymore.

Don’t you just love autocorrect :thumb2: Figures look good to me. They take longer to clean up than people realise…..

Not done many at larger scale, but when I have I’ve been tempted to replace them with foil strip. It’s probably quicker than clean up
