Seams cleaned up ok , didnt need any filler and the two engine covers have now been fitted . Ive cleaned up and started assembling the rotor head and blades , this will be placed on loose last off. Ive been looking at the transparencies and dry fitting the windscreen ( not a stellar fit ! ) , all the windows are fitted from the outside so it might make painting a little easier .Comment

Thanks joe , the photos would be appreciated , mind you theres not a lot of the interior that can be seen so it would mainly be for any exterior details .Comment

Seams now sorted and the tail boom is on . Not far off starting to paint now , a lot of the parts still to be fitted will be best left until after painting to prevent getting knocked off . The windows all go on from the outside so I think I’ll add them after painting ,still got to mask up the openings though . Heres a shot of the chopper and a wide shot to illustrate the chaos of the bench and the obligatory A4 building space !Comment

The main airframe is together now and the skids are glued on and setting . The masking of the windows was a bit tricky as they all fit in from the outside so theres just a load of holes to mask. I managed to feed some masking tape through the windscreen hole to stick on the inside for the side windows and stuck the windscreen area up after this. The two windows under the nose were filled with sponge .The airframe is going to get a coat of white primer next session .
