So getting the driver to fit was my biggest concern as I have a complete lack of experience with figures, he's arms are to bent at the elbow to reach the wheel and moving the seat forward wasn't really an option as I will have to leave out the pedals as it is. I have attached at the shoulder drilling and using brass rod this let's me bend the arm to how I want it and straightened out the elbow by sawing it through and again a brass pin so I can bent to shape,he can now grip the wheel, the other arm to do then get filling.

So many entries in this group build that I'm having trouble keeping up!
Nice work so far and well done on getting the driver to fit.
I used to own an 850 estate, like the ones Volvo used later, in turbo 4wd guise. A surprisingly quick way to move furniture :tears-of-joy:Comment

Uh-Oh, another unlicensed Doctor in Da House!!! Nice work Mark and you won't even be able to see the pedals when you're finished. What are you going to use for filler???

Been tinkering with a few other things on the bench but my driver now has two arms sttaightened out, attached and filled , some small scraps of poly sheet have been superglued in to fill the bulk of the gap and then some mr white putty applied, a bit of tiding up to do then he will get a head and some paint, means I can now start on painting the interior. I had to raise him in he's seat a little so again some poly sheet was glued to the base and some putty round the edges, this will be sanded to shape.Comment
