    Chris' 1/20 Tamiya Honda RA272

Well, I got this one specially, because it was just there in the shop and it was cheap! I used to have the 1/12 version, but sold that a while back. It may be a while before i start though, what with other stuff screaming to be finished, but here's the sprue shots...

The engine covers are moulded clear. Haven't decided whether to leave them off, paint or otherwise

Have to see if I can make up a James Garner figure to go with it!

I have one of these, it's the only kit I have that's started and the build stalled! Been like that for over a year, hopefully seeing you put this together will put a bit of enthusiasm to get mine done too!

This is about the era I started getting interested in motor racing. So when you do start, I'll be a lingering in the wings!!!!

When mechanics fixed things and not just changed a 'black box'.

I do like a 'sixties 'cigar' F1. Ebbro do a very tempting 1/20 Brabham Honda I'd love to do. It's green and yellow!. But it's not much cheaper than a Tamiya 1/12 job!

Still, I've got my big collection of 1/43 stuff!

Great choice Chris. I just love these early Grand Prix cars.

Looking forward to this one Chris.

Another great flashback from the past. Looks a good kit Chris and I think you'll have fun with it. Oh, and don't forget to get some blue paint for it...
