Yes it's flocking from Proscale paints. Also got some embossing powder which is finer but seems trickier to use.

Wasn't happy with the gloss so hit it with some 2k clearcoat - much happier now.
Will leave it for a week whilst sojourning in hopefully warmer climes.

That 2k clear coat has done the business Stefan. A very, very nice finish. There is very little from my memory that was glorious about any 80s upholstery 😂 Could be worse, call in the late 60s or the 70s...

Window surrounds and rear trim panel painted black, "bulbs" fitted in headlights and assembled and "rubber" seals added around applicable light fittings.
Used panel liner on vents and aperture gaps for the first time and quite happy with the outcome. Chrome paint applied as base for light units.
All other bits ready for fitting tomorrow.
