Mr Bowcat's 1/24 Tamiya Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 with TransKit

    Afternoonall,

A quick pre-amble to this build. My eldest daughter went off to university last year. She loves the Fast & Furious movies, so last year I built her Dom's Dodge Charger to take to uni with her. This year I decided to build Brian's Skyline from 2 Fast 2 Furious.

The base kit is Tamiya's GT-4 R34, but to get the correct C-West body kit I have had to add a Zoom On transkit (at over double the cost of the base kit!). This consists of the front & rear spoilers, side skirts, wheels, rear wing, seat, etc, as well as the correct decals. The colour matched paint id from ProScale.

    Si vis pacem, para bellum.

Sitting comfortably. Looks to be a great build especially with the aftermarket stuff.
