What with missing parts and an expired compressor this build is quite a challenge. All looking good under primer.

Challenge? "Tis just a flesh wound".

Before I update my progress on this build, I got some great non-modelling news. My partner Aileen was operated on yesterday for the removal of a kidney tumour. Thankfully, the tumour was self-contained and was removed by keyhole surgery without too much interference with her kidney. The surgeon was very pleased with how it all went and Aileen could even leave hospital this evening although she has decided to stay in until tomorrow.

Back to this build, my new airbrush compressor has arrived and has been put into service. Carrying on from where I left off, I have spent some time spraying H159 Matt Khaki Drab:

This is the first pass of Khaki Drab and I doubt that more coats will be required although the areas where the crocodile clips are gripping will need doing:

        Seats and wheel hubs:

The interior of the bodyshell has been sprayed but the outside will be done later:

The underside hasn't been forgotten either:

Although I have painted the tilt with the same Khaki Drab, I will be giving it a more faded appearance later on:

        That is all for now.

Jeep looks great so far Dave. Good news about Aileen, hoping she can get home soon and recover quickly
