Starboard wing was a bit like a phantoms.......bent upwards at the tip lol...had to be 'manipulated'...wasnt going to use the central optional bomb rack but it hides a nasty fuselage joint....so now its going to be fully bombed up.....wing root gaps wernt nice so lots of filler

Just done a couple of ancient airfix kits and they wernt this bother lol

Im rapidly losing interest in this lol.......been a catalogue of errors......all mine! Lol

I came to paint it......the kit comes with 5 schemes......4 are the same and 1 is different with darker colours........i had all the right colours for the darker one but 3 different brands/types.......and since 2 are bad to air brush i decided to brush paint...but the 1 thats nice to air brush is a pain to brush paint!! Doh!......come out a bit rough in the end

Ive given up trying to mask the canopy and painted it freehand

I went to airbrush some squiggles on the vehicles......couldnt understand by the 'armour brown' didnt stand out.......then realised id picked up 'wood grain'.......doh again!......had to try again

      Not happy with it all

Well now, I thought it was the politest way to describe the fit - I could have been far more 'colourful'. As in my satisfaction level with Italeri could have been down graded from slightly miffed to disappointed, strong words I know.

Ah, sometimes, these kits really like to test us. But, we are better than them. You've got this.
