It’s the Hasegawa tooling with added paint masks and Cartograph decals re boxed by Hobby 2000.

It has x4 schemes but the one I will be using is as the box art, an aircraft of No.25 Squadron based at RAF Debden in the summer of 1940.

I’ll post up pictures of the frames/instructions etc later.

    Thanks for looking πŸ‘

    Geoff.

ID:	1262513 One big bag which seems to contain parts for all the various versions previously released by Hasegawa so some nice additions for the spares box 😊

Transfers have issues, poor registry on a couple of them, fortunately I have spares available. Paint mask included are a welcome addition.

I’ll start putting it together soon once I’ve got my Blenheim build a bit further on.

    Thanks for looking πŸ‘

    Geoff.

A great choice. I built a Matchbox one many years ago, it's a very purposeful looking aircraft. I'll look forward to seeing this one built.

I agree, it certainly looks the part and it definitely lived up to its looks.

I’m hoping to finally get the build under way this week 🀞

Well I’ve finally managed to get the build started πŸ˜…

            Cockpit/interior first as usual.

As a kit originally of the 90s it’s a bit on the sparse side but in this scale not too much will be visible once it’s all been buttoned up.

It was painted with AK Real Colours RAF Grey/Green before decals and after market photo-etch seat belts were added.

Once this had been given chance to settle the various components were glued into place.
Fuselage was the sealed and the wings cemented into place, I must say the fit has been spot on so far πŸ˜€

A few more bits and bobs to be added and a bit of a clean up needed before I can think about painting but it’s starting to look like a Beau now 😊

            Thanks for looking πŸ‘

Yes it was but a bit overlooked I think.
