I claim the prize for first one finished.

I decided to go for a stainless finish to depict him as a representative figure rather than an individual. Also it is similar to the finish on the memorial itself. I first gave him a coat of gloss black, and then finished him with a coat of Rustoleum metallic Finish from a rattle can. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the finish even though a rattle can paint has to be applied with a little more care than an airbrush.







Definitely a challenge but a fun little project.
