Lots of detail, like here, including "messy" detail, makes a a model more realistic, and interesting to examine, in my opinion.

Put simply, most King Tigers were painted in the factory with ' ambush ' camouflage. As this one has no zimmeritt, it would be in the correct timeframe for this.Whilst not ' brightly painted ' by any means, they were certainly multi-coloured, hence the reason for my comment.

If you look closely the multi colored camo is there under netting and weathering.
