Laurie, I think Blue Roll refers to a type of toilet roll paper. Great idea that, dipping it into PVA and setting it into shape.

Laurie it is as JOE says a giant roll of strong paper used in the motor trade for cleaning you hands . It does not break up when soaked in pva glue .
