Churchill Mark 3 Tunisia Dragon 72nd scale WIP

Rather then post lots of work in progress shots i am showing this one prior to priming and painting. The Dragon kits need a lot of test fitting and trimming of parts for best fit.Misleading instructions is Dragons Forte sadly.Mislabelling parts so care is needed. The hull tops are a very tight fit and ive had warped parts in past. The sprockets dont have a positive fit. They just get trapped between the two side pieces.I put some plastic tube on mine to try and sort of align them. The tracks are too long and DS so be careful.I super glued mine after shortening them. You can hide the join on the top with the hull top fitted.Overall with some work they are quite charming little kits just need some TLC and plenty of industrial language.
    Rich.

Despite the kit issues, it's looking good Richard. Should come out nicely under paint 👍
