My next build will is the M20 armoured utility vehicle. To go along with this I have the basic voyager etch set but not sure how much of it will get used.

I want to have the front wheels turned slightly, but unfortunately the kit has fixed steering so a modification was in order. Legend models do an after market kit for steerable wheels, but I wanted to have a go my self. So the first thing was to remove the fixed hubs. then using a rotary ball burr was used to create a pocket then a small ball bearing was CA'd on to the ends. The pockets were created in the hub halves using the same burr. the halves were then glued together around the bearing allowing them to swivel. Then a new steering link was made from copper wire this was bent to shape then a flat was formed either end and a hole drilled through. A slot was created in the hub arms with a small razor saw and a hole drilled these were then pinned together. Finally the steering arm was added in the same way.
It's not 100% correct but t does allow the steering to move when I have decided on the angle and direction I will glue it all up for strength.

Hope to see you along for the ride.
