Hi Stu love what you have done so far :thumb2:, I've been looking at some of the top toon builds and some of them are using 1/48 parts so if you have a M/G in that scale go for it.
The diorama base looks great and will finish the build off nicely.

many thanks for your comments - must admit they are great fun to make seeing your builds has inspired me to go that bit further - I still fancy scratching an MG but may use it on another toon.

Had a delivery from John today consisting of scratch building stuff so............................... had a go at building an MG 34 for the panther:


Then I needed to to rejig the night scope and ended up with this:



Decided to add more detail to the main headlamp as well and added the MG:



And here it is on the Panther:



The MG is nearly the same size as the main gun! but I guess this is a toon so anything goes!!! I'll paint up and post the results
