Hi, decided finally to scratch the safety railings than to get PE ones.

Found this window netting repair kit and stuck on fine mesh veil from the haberdashery...

Primed in black and dry brushed in the ship hulls grey catching a bit of the fine netting.

And the results look okay.
I know its been a while and just had to pick this up with the local ship GB creeping up. One of the participants will be driving down from Penang so will take it up to the eventual owner. He said it wasn't necessary for PE or rigging but I can't just leave it alone.
Cheers,
Richard

I put the box, with the lid open, to my left and leave the sprues in it, then just rummage through to find the one I need. This doesn’t work with those end-opening boxes Revell insists on using, though, so if/when I build a Revell kit, I usually put the sprues into a box from a previous kit instead.
